Control Unit - Audi A3/S3 (8L) - engine control unit Bosch ME7.5
Fault in the ME7.5 engine control unit.
The ignition coil and injection nozzles are not being controlled. Faults are occurring in the 5-volt circuit. Throttle valve faults are being stored.
Fault codes:
16989/P0605/001541 – Control unit defective / Internal Control Module: ROM Error
16985 / P0601 – Control unit defective: Memory checksum
P1387 / 17795 – Control unit defective internal altitude sensor
Replacement unit for irreparable faults
If it is no longer possible to repair the engine control unit, in most cases we can supply an inexpensive used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit, so that programming on the vehicle is not necessary.
