Control Unit - Audi A4/S4 (8E/8H) B6/B7 - engine control unit Bosch ME7.1
Fault in the ME7.1 engine control unit.
The control of the injection nozzles and the ignition coil is missing. The throttle valve signal is faulty. Faults are occurring in the 5-volt circuit. The electronic fuel pump relay is not switching. Communication cannot be established with the control unit.
Error codes:
16989 / P0605 / 001541 – Internal control module ROM error
P1387 / 17795 – Control unit defective internal altitude sensor
Replacement unit for irreparable faults
If repair of the engine control unit is no longer possible, we can usually supply an inexpensive used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit,
eliminating the need for programming on the vehicle.
