Control Unit - Audi A4/S4 (8E/8H) B6/B7 - injection pump Bosch VP30/44
Faults in the VP30/44 injection pump.
Although in most cases the fault lies with the injection pump control unit, various faults can also occur in the pump itself.

- Technical inspection of the pump and control unit on the test bench
- Inspection and, if necessary, replacement of the following components:
- Rotational angle sensor - Injection adjuster piston - Fuel supply solenoid valves - Polishing of the inside of the pump body
- Replacement of all seals and high-pressure diaphragms
- Calibration and final test
