Fault in Bosch EDC 17C06 engine control unit.
The engine cuts out after a long journey and then fails to restart. Communication with the control unit is not possible. The faults are often temperature-dependent.
Replacement unit for irreparable faults
If the engine control unit can no longer be repaired, we can usually supply an inexpensive used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit, eliminating the need for programming on the vehicle.
