Repairs - BMW 5er E34 - odometer coding plug reset
Apparent defect in the odometer.
After the speedometer has exceeded just over 300,000 km, the kilometres travelled are no longer counted.
The only solution to this problem is to programme the instrument cluster back to 0 km.
We need the coding plug for the repair. This is located in the wiring harness to the instrument cluster.
This repair offer only applies to older speedometers with a grey rear panel.
