Fault in Bosch MEV17.2.1 engine control unit.

The vehicle will not start or runs very unevenly.

Error codes:

2BD0 – Engine control unit communication error – internal error (watchdog)
2BD3 – Monitoring module power supply 2 driver CY320
2BD4 – Monitoring module power supply 3 driver CY320
