Partial complete failure in navigation REJ.

After switching on, the device gets stuck on the start logo. No functions can be selected. Radio and sound output do not work. The radio then switches off and restarts repeatedly, only reaching as far as the logo. The device has completely failed, the display remains black and shows nothing. No functions are available.
