Control Unit - Ford Transit V - injection pump Bosch VP30/44

Faults in the VP30/44 injection pump.

Although in most cases the fault lies with the injection pump control unit, various faults can also occur in the pump itself.

• Technical inspection of the pump and control unit on the test bench
• Inspection and, if necessary, replacement of the following components:
  - Rotational angle sensor - Injection adjuster piston - Fuel supply solenoid valves
• Polishing of the inside of the pump body
• Replacement of all seals and high-pressure diaphragms
