Control Unit - Hyundai H-1 II (Travel/Cargo) - engine control unit Bosch EDC16C39

Fault in Bosch EDC 16C39 engine control unit.

The engine does not start or runs very unevenly. The injectors are not controlled correctly. The fan is not controlled correctly. Faults are reported in the 5-volt circuit. The accelerator pedal does not respond. No communication with the control unit possible.

Error codes

P0103 – Air mass or air flow meter – signal too high
P0120 – Throttle valve/pedal position sensor A – NA
P0380 – Glow plug/heating circuit (A) – error in circuit
P0601 - Control unit defective
P0602 - Control unit - programme error
P0611 - Injection control unit - malfunction
P0698 - Sensor reference voltage C

Replacement unit for irreparable faults

If it is no longer possible to repair the engine control unit, in most cases we can supply an inexpensive used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit, so that programming on the vehicle is not necessary.
