Control Unit - Mercedes Sprinter W906 - engine control unit Bosch EDC16CP31
Fault in Bosch EDC 16CP31 engine control unit.
The engine occasionally fails to start. Communication with the control unit cannot be established. Various faults are stored in the fault memory.
Fault codes:
P0607 – Control unit – function restricted
P2123 - Injectors bank 1 interruption
P2124 - Injectors bank 2 interruption
P2624 - Air mass or air flow meter signal implausible at full load
P2645 - Air mass meter B maximum value exceeded
Replacement unit for irreparable faults
If it is no longer possible to repair the engine control unit, in most cases we can supply an inexpensive used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit, eliminating the need for programming on the vehicle.
