Fault in Bosch EDC 17C50 engine control unit.
The vehicle will not start. Communication with the control unit is not possible.
Fault code:
27800 - Throttle valve position too far open / outside target range - Throttle valve is no longer controlled
Replacement unit for irreparable faults
