Control Unit - Opel Combo C - engine control unit Delphi Multec S / HSFI

Fault in Delphi Delco Multec S / HSFI 2.0, 2.1, 2.5 and 2.6 engine control unit.

The engine warning light comes on and the engine switches to emergency mode with reduced power. The engine runs unevenly and misfires. The ignition coils, injection nozzles and idle speed control are not controlled correctly. Errors occur in the 5-volt circuit.

The fault occurs sporadically, usually when the engine is already warm and is restarted. In some cases, the engine will not start at all.

P0105 – Intake manifold pressure sensor
P0230 – Fuel pump relay
P0335 - Crankshaft sensor
P0340 - Camshaft sensor
P0351 - Ignition coil 1
P0352 - Ignition coil 2
P0353 - Ignition coil 3
P0354 - Ignition coil 4
P1120 - Accelerator pedal sensor 1
P1122 - Accelerator pedal sensor 2
P1482 - Radiator fan relay 2
P1483 - Radiator fan relay 3
P1550 - Throttle valve actuator

Replacement unit for irreparable faults

If it is no longer possible to repair the engine control unit, in most cases we can supply an inexpensive used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit, eliminating the need for programming on the vehicle.
