Fault in Bosch EDC 16C9 engine control unit.

The engine occasionally fails to start. Various faults relating to CAN bus communication are stored. Faults are reported in the 5-volt circuit. No communication with the control unit possible.

Fault codes:

P0602 – Control unit – programme error
P1120 – Accelerator pedal sensor 1 signal faulty
P1122 – Accelerator pedal sensor 2 signal faulty

Replacement unit for irreparable faults

If the engine control unit can no longer be repaired, we can usually supply an inexpensive used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit, eliminating the need for programming on the vehicle.
