Display faults / touchscreen faults in the Subaru STARLINK infotainment system.

The display fails partially or completely. Only stripes are visible, or the screen turns completely white or remains completely dark.
Bubbles are visible on the display. The touchscreen is delaminating, and bubbles are forming beneath the glass of the device.
The touchscreen performs actions on its own, leading to so-called phantom inputs, also known as ‘ghost touch’. For example, the device may automatically call stored contacts from the phone book or change radio stations. The touchscreen only responds to touch in a limited area. Individual letters are not accepted, or the touchscreen is completely unresponsive.
