Control Unit - VW Golf 4 (1J) - engine control unit Bosch EDC15VM+
Fault in Bosch EDC 15VM+ engine control unit.
The engine does not start or runs very unevenly. Faults in the 5-volt circuit are reported. Various faults are stored in the fault memory.
Error codes:
17849 P1441 – Exhaust gas recirculation valve (N18) – interruption
17957 P1549 – Solenoid valve for boost pressure limitation (N75) – interruption
18027 P1619 - Glow plug relay (J52) - interruption
19561 P3105 - Intake manifold flap switchover valve (N239) - interruption
Replacement unit for irreparable faults
If it is no longer possible to repair the engine control unit, in most cases we can supply a low-cost used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit, eliminating the need for programming on the vehicle.
