Repairs - VW Passat B8 (3G) - complete failure - virtual cockpit

Complete failure in the digital instrument cluster.

The virtual cockpit fails, which means that the driving assistants are no longer available as they use the graphical interface of the virtual cockpit. The warning tones and the clicking of the indicators fail.

Various error messages appear in the digital instrument cluster, such as:

- ACC (Adaptive Cruise Control) not available
- Front Assist not available
- Error: Instrument cluster. Workshop!

In some cases, the display remains black, only the indicator lights and pages remain illuminated.

The Active Info Display - AID remains completely dark.

B2000 41 - General checksum error
B200044 - Ctrl. module faulty
B200049 - Control module defective
B2000 - Control unit defective
B159A F0 - replacement function activated
10485828 - Control module defective
10485841 - Monitored display output

The repair applies to 10 inch and 12 inch displays.
