Control Unit - VW Polo 5 (6R) - defective DSG gear selector
The DSG gear selector module is faulty.
The instrument cluster display shows the error message: ‘Error: Workshop! Only leave the vehicle in position P.’ The vehicle does not shift gears properly or gets stuck in a gear. The gear position is not detected correctly. The vehicle switches to emergency mode.
Fault codes:
- 617752 – Gear selector park position lock
- B1162 29 [024] – Invalid signal
- U0103 / 28775 / 049411 – No communication with the gear selector module
