Error in the MED9.1 engine control unit.

The injection nozzles are not being controlled correctly; ignition is not occurring on all cylinders. Problems with the ground connection are occurring. Communication with the control unit is not possible.

Error codes:

P0601 (16985) – Control unit defective, memory checksum
P0604 – Control unit – memory error

Replacement unit for irreparable faults

If the engine control unit can no longer be repaired, we can usually supply an inexpensive used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit, eliminating the need for programming on the vehicle.
