Fault in Bosch EDC 16CP34 engine control unit.

Engine starting problems in connection with different temperatures are often observed. The injection valves are not controlled correctly. The control unit constantly reports an internal fault or EPROM fault. Communication with the engine control unit is not possible. Various faults are stored in the memory.

Error codes:

P0601 – Control unit – Checksum error P0605 – Control unit – Error in memory P1603 – Control unit defective – Self-test error
