Control Unit - VW Touareg 1 (7L) - engine control unit Bosch EDC17CP14

Fault in Bosch EDC 17CP14 engine control unit.

The engine does not start or goes into emergency mode. The injection nozzles are not being controlled correctly. There are faults in the turbo control system. It is not possible to communicate with the engine control unit.

Fault codes:

P0403 – Exhaust gas recirculation valve
P0602 – Control unit programme error
P0606 – Control unit defective
P1603 – Control unit defective
P2015 / 18447 Intake manifold flap position sensor implausible signal
P2004 / 9130 - Intake manifold flap for air flow control bank 1 - stuck open
P2006 / 9129 - Intake manifold flap for air flow control bank 1 - stuck closed

Replacement unit for irreparable faults

If the engine control unit can no longer be repaired, we can usually supply an inexpensive used part. The data can almost always be transferred from the original to the replacement unit, eliminating the need for programming on the vehicle.
